The leather is the tack for the cart horse and I have used a brush to do a lace border on the background!

I have spent ages searching for these pictures and in the process thoroughly enjoyed looking at the photos of my daughters when they were babies and toddlers. I am so glad we have digital cameras so I can take as many pictures as I want.

I used a beautiful image called A Gift from the Stars courtesy of our sponsor. I have coloured the image with Promarkers and made it suitable for a boy or girl. I generated the sentiment myself and used a Spellbinders tag die to cut it out. I attached the tag to some ribbon using a glittery brad - I have had these for absolutely ages and find it very hard to use (I like them so much!!). The papers are from a set called Nanas Nursery - baby boy from DCWV.

Digitally "Sweet" Challenge #34 BINGO

Hi everyone, and welcome to the next challenge at Digitally "Sweet" Challenges. Firstly, I must thank those of you who played in our last challenge.

and she kindly let us choose an image, I have used Fidget Rainbowsnap. I printed her off and coloured her with crayons and then photographed the image to add to my layout. I used Craft Artist Professional V2 and the Cut Out Studio tool.  I have also used the free kit you get when you purchase version 2 - Daydream. I have used the middle line going down for my layout, and here it is.............

 

 

These are some pictures from a trip in Summer of 2011, we went to Wookey Hole and to my surprise found a lot more there than there used to be. After going through the caves we walked past this area which was just like a Fairy grotto - the children loved it although you couldn't play in it.

I have coloured Gus with Promarkers and used clear glaze on his glasses and the clock face - shame you can't see it! I have used one of Sheena's Little bit Sketchy stamps - Ageing Beautifully on a paper from a Debbi Moore CD. The polka dot paper was a freebie from one of the craft magazines.  The buttons were in my button box and the ribbon was from a present so a nice piece of recycling!

So in England it is the Easter holidays - the children usually have two weeks off and this is the second week for mine. Last week we went to Paignton Zoo so I decided to do a layout showing some of the animals we saw. I have used a kit from Just So Scrappy called Who's at the Zoo.

 

 

We haven't had that many sunny days so I am glad we made the most of it.
