Good morning bloggers and hope you are enjoying a relaxing Sunday morning. Mine has been ridiculously annoying. I have been trying to get online to do this post for over 2 hours this morning but have been unable to. I have had to write this is Word and hopefully will transfer it at some point.
I DO NOT NEED THIS.
So it is your midweek reminder for the lovely
Totally Tilda Challenge which is..........
STITCHING REAL OR FAUX
You must, of course, also have a Tilda in there somewhere!!! You wouldn’t believe how many people have failed to read the rules for our challenges recently – or maybe you would???
Here is some more inspiration for you
I couldn’t wait to use my new Spellbinders shapeabilities
Sewing Elements for this as I thought they were perfect for it – I have used Coredinations whitewash card for these. Thank you to my boss Susie Sugar for the
Vintage Couch image that Tilda is sitting on – I have tried to make it look as though she is in a room with the dp being the wallpaper. I have coloured the images with my trusty Promarkers. I have hand stitched the edging with embroidery silk and wrapped some around the bobbin shape. I have distressed the edges wherever I can and inked with Worn Lipstick distress ink. There is a doily underneath and some lace across the bottom – all from my stash. The background paper is from a Polka Doodles CD – Double Sprinkle of Kraft.
I have done an inside for this one
and had to write the sentiment.
I would also like to enter this card in the following challenges:-
Looking forward to seeing some more fabulous creations.
Hugs
