Hi everyone, it's Thursday and time for some more inspiration for the current challenge at Aud Sentiments which is ......

"HAPPY EASTER"

and you can play along here.

Our sponsor is A Day For Daisies

and here is my card...............

Not a colour scheme I have used before but I had the paper already printed off and decided to use it for the theme. It is from Nitwits and called Egg-stra Special Collection. I have distressed the edges and coloured them with TH Distress Ink Spiced Marmalade. I have also used this to colour the American seam binding. The flowers were from the Hobby Craft shop - about two years ago now!!!!!
I have used whitewash Core'dinations card for the embossed card using the Cuttelbug folder - Floral Fantasy. The butterfly is from a Papermania Urban set called Botanical Print - stamped onto the paper and cut out.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:-

Paper Sundaes - Happy Easter,

Aud Sentiments Challenge #50 Midway reminder

Hi everyone, it's Thursday and time for some more inspiration for the current challenge at Aud Sentiments which is ......

OK, so what do you need to do? We want to see a project with a sentiment which represents a song! Don't forget, we DO need to see a sentiment on your project - it can be inside, outside, on a tag, on a bag....just make sure we can see it!

My song is Butterfly by Mariah Carey and here is my card...........

The butterflies in the picture are from our sponsor this fortnight Limited Runs. I have coloured them with Sakura Stardust gel pens.

I have also used paper and alphas from a Polka Doodles CD Rom called Double Sprinkle of Kraft - has to be one of my favourites.

Here is a closeup.............

Fairy and Butterfly from The Stamping Boutique

Good afternoong everyone, it really is horrible and wet here! So here is a card to lift your spirits - hopefully.

using the Fairy and Butterfly image from The Stamping Boutique. Here is a closeup...............

I printed the silhouette onto a paper from one of my Craft Artist digikits. The background paper is from a Crafters Companion CD - I don't know which as it was in my scrap box. The flowers are from 3 Birds - Perfectly Pretty Petals kit with a black jewel brad in the middle from Papermania. The butterflies were a birthday pressie from my mate Crafty Kitten - thanks darling. I have used a Spellbinders Shapeability - Bird Flourishes  cut out of black glitter card for the foliage under the flowers. Finally I stamped the sentiment from an Aspects of design sheet called Daisy Daydreams - designed by Kay Carley - just love her work.

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:-

Crafty Catz Challenge - Favourite things (Die cuts, butterflies and fairies and pink and purple oh and a bit of blong), also sponsored by The Stamping Boutique,
