Hi everyone, hope you are all well in blogland. It is with some sadness that I have to say this will be my final challenge as a Totally Tilda DT member.

Our challenge for you this fortnight is

BOOKMARK (not forgetting our little lady)

We are sponsored this fortnight by Wild Orchid Crafts with a fatastic bunch of goodies for the winner.

Here is my inspiration for you....

Hope you have fun creating.

I am sorry this is a short post however, I have just received some shocking news and crafting is the last thing I want to do at the moment. I may not be around for a while but hopefully I will come back soon.

Keep well everyone

Aud Sentiments Challenge #61 Midway reminder

Hi everyone, it's Thursday again and time for another reminder for you. I hope this is posting as I am in the South of France at the moment - lets hope blogger is working.
The current challenge at Aud Sentiments is to ....

use a NUMBER IN YOUR SENTIMENT.

For this challenge we are so excited to have Digi Darla as our sponsor.
Thanks so much!
Here is a little bit about them...

DigiDarla is the brain child of Kim Eskola and her daughter Emilea.

Emilea and I both enjoy creating and when the idea of creating digital stamps came up, it sounded like the most wonderful way to earn ever!

There was only one problem! We are both shy and dislike the center of attention! As a way of "hiding behind the scenes" and avoiding having one spokeswoman, DigiDarla was born!

The stamps you will find in the store and on this site come from our art as well as a few family friends that help to digitize so we can keep up. Even Emilea's art teacher has granted permission to create digis from her artwork.

Here is my card........

I have made it for my daughters 6th birthday next month. I have used Promarkers to colour the image and cut it out with an X-cut die. The number is from one of the Polka Doodles cd roms - Studio 12 and the papers are Lucy Cromwell and My Minds Eye.

I look forward to seeing your creations for this challenge.

Totally Tilda Challenge # 53 Reminder

Hi everyone, welcome to the midway reminder for the challenge at Totally Tilda.
I am hoping that Blogger has worked it's magic and posted this at the right time as I am on holiday now!

As you should know the current challenge is

USE KRAFT CARD AND TILDA.

Our sponsor for this challenge is Bunny Zoes Crafts

Here is my inspiration for you....

and here is a closeup

Now I would appreciate it if you could let me know what you think of my colouring on kraft attempt - I am not sure if I like it or not.
The background paper is from Websters Pages, I know I covered it up quite a lot - one of the problems really and probably why I don't use some background papers because they are too pretty to cover up. The roses were a candy win from a very talented lady - Elaine - thanks hun. The glitter swirl was from another candy win - my TT team mate Mandy, thanks to you as welll hun. The caged bird stamp was a purchase from the new Hobbycraft in Kingsteignton - unfortunately, I can see me visiting quite a lot!!!! The butterflies are from the Papermania Urban collection I keep using - but I love them.

Hope you have a great day

Hugs

Totally Tilda Challenge #53 Use Kraft

Hi everyone, welcome to the next challenge at Totally Tilda, but first I must say thank you to everyone who joined in with our Summer Fun challenge. The entries were all fantastic making our choice of top pick very difficult.

So onto our next challenge

USE KRAFT CARD AND TILDA.

Our sponsor for this challenge is Bunny Zoes Crafts

Here is my inspiration for you....

I have used kraft card as my matt, for the background on my die cut and for the tags. I have used Noble Tilda and coloured her with promarkers. The die is from Spellbinders and is the Lacey Circles - I just draw around the outside for the matt. I have used some bling I won in a candy, flowers and lace from my stash. The butterfly was a freebie on the Craft Stamper magazine - you can find a larger version on an Indigo Blu set called Wild Meadow. The words on the tags are from another Indigo Blu set called Sarah's Choice and they were die cut using the Tiny tags and Tabs by Tim Holtz. The background paper is from Webster's Pages Petite Papers 6 x 6 pad.

I look forward to seeing your krafty creations.

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:-

Aud Sentiments Challenge #60 Midway reminder

Hi everyone, it's Thursday again and time for another reminder for you.
The current challenge at Aud Sentiments is to ....

use a WELCOME BABY sentiment.

We are being sponsored by The Stamp Fairy

and here is my inspiration for you.

As you can see I have used Barry Over the Moon, coloured with promarkers. I have put some glitter on his wings and the moon but it doesn't show up very well. The sentiments were from the Popcorn the Bear Kids Collection, Bundle of Joy Stamp Set. I have edged them with Tim Holtz distress ink - Broken China. The matt is kraft card and the papers are from DCWV and called Nana's Nursery Baby Boy. I have just added a couple of pearls from my stash and some stitches. The image and matt is a Spellbinders scallop circle nestability.

Please check out my colleagues at the blog for some more inspiration. Unfortunately, however Debbie one of our B Team has had to step down due to other commitments. I would like to say thank you for being with us and it has been a pleasure working with you hun (but I will still be stalking/following you).

I would also like to enter my card in the following challenges:-

Papertake Weekly - anything Goes,

Sassy Cheryls Digi Stamp Challenge - All About the Boys,

Totally Tilda DT Call

Hi everyone, I hope you are all enjoying the Olympic games. Well done to all those Olympians who have won medals - especially the British!

There is another event that for Magnolia lovers is almost as significant - there is a DT call at Totally Tilda with the above photo as your inspiration. You have until 19th August to get in your entry - good luck everyone.

I have used the lovely sketch at Magnolia Down Under Challenges, shown below...

Here is my entry using Tilda as Christmas Angel from the 2009 Christmas collection.

Not necessarily a Christmas card but as I haven't put a sentiment on it I suppose it could be. I have coloured her with Twinkling H2O's - I thought it was about time I used them having bought them about 4 years ago!!! The papers are from a Lucy Cromwell pack - Designstax - I just love the colours and need to buy some more!!. The card for the matt is Whitewash Coredinations. I must admit this was a challenge because I couldn't get the right blue to go with the pink until I thought of the whitewash card. The butterfly border is a Tim Holtz on the egde die called Butterflight. I have put a doily in the background and used TH distress ink - Spun Sugar on the edges. The flower were in a candy win from Mandy (A Sprinkling of Glitter) - thanks hun. THe lace is from my stash and the butterfly and flower shapes are die cuts that I got from the Range last week, I have covered them with Frantage embossing powder - Shabby Pink  and I just love the effect.

So fingers crossed that I make the DT call and Good Luck to everyone else.
.
I would also like to enter this card at :-

Tildas Town Challenge - Vintage, and,

Magnolia Mania Challenge - Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.

Tildas Summer car was a candy win from my mate Mandy and is from the Sweet Rainbow collection. They have been coloured with Promarkers. The rest of the stamps have been done using Distress ink and markers. The butterfly was a freebie from the last Craft Stamper magazine. The I Love Paris stamp is by Stampendous and the other stamps are by Papermania - Urban Print Around the World 2.
I hope this has helped.
