Birthday Card

Good afternoon everyone - another dull dreary day in Devon!!! One of my little dragons is ill and the other one is making enough noise for both of them!!!

I had an important Birthday Card to make and felt the Penny Black image I won in a candy was perfect - can't find it anywhere though - sorry.

They have been coloured using my trusty watercolour crayons, and the image has been mounted on some lovely pink glitter card. I have used the sketch at Penny Black Saturday which has been drawn by Beth and I love it, lots of measuring involved!!

The papers I have used are from the Create and Craft Triple Treasures Cd Volume 2. The other papers are pearlised paper which has been embossed using my early Christmas Present. Yes, you guessed it I now have a cuttlebug - Yeh finally. Two of the folders I bought are the Divine Swirls and the Swiss Dots which have been used to death as I eagerly try them out on every bit of paper and card I have!!!! Well I have been waiting a while and one must have a play with ones new toys!!!! the background card is from Core'dinations - Whitewash pack, sanded a bit to let the colour through.

                                      

The flower is a mixture of punched flowers and one from my Just Pots Funky Flowers jar topped with one of Anitas gems. Doesn't this picture show off the Swiss dots embossing well!!!
