Birthday Candy time!!!!

THIS CANDY IS NOW CLOSED WINNER OF PARTS 1 AND 2 WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON
SATURDAY - I HOPE!!!!!

Yes, folks it will be my Birthday on 21st January and to celebrate I have some candy for you. Firstly , though, I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to my followers. You always make me feel good about my work and want me to make more. You are the reason I am addicted to blogging!!!! I have only been doing this for 6 months and have nearly 100 followers and had nearly 10,000 hits how great is that.
I have also learned some new techniques, used new colouring mediums, made some new types of card all thanks to the fabulous challenges we are so lucky to have and not forgetting the inspiration from all of you.
Now my candy has two parts to it and I would be really please if you could do both, but it is totally up to you.

Part 1

Without further waffling here is the piccy of the goodies.

The details are as follows:-

Woodware Clear Stamp set - Fairy Delights
See D's Stamp set - Christmas theme
1 set of Craft tri beads
2 sheets of The Snowman Stickers
21 sheets of peel offs in various colours
1 Priscilla Styles envelope pattern
1 sheet of dome stickers
Approx 200 Dovecraft designer chipboard pieces - fashion
1 set of Quick kutz rockers.

So what do you have to do to win these goodies. I have made it quite simple this time!!

1. Comment below and tell me your favourite crafting tool or give me a useful crafting tip.

There isn't a 2 but if you would like to become a follower that would be great. Lets face it that's how you meet new crafters and make some good friends along the way. You can also spread the word by putting a picture on your sidebar linking back to this candy but again that is totally up to you.

Part 2

If you fancy a big bar of real candy - Chocolate - would you like to send me a Birthday card? I must admit I find a January birthday rather depressing after all the hype and stress over Christmas and New Year so it would really make my day to receive some extra fabby cards on the big day. You can find my email address in my profile, just email me and I will send you my address.

This candy will end on 21st January 2010 and I will draw the winner of my Birthday candy, and Chocolate candy on the 30th January 2010 so you have plenty of time to join in!!!

Hugs

Thanks for the lovely candy...
I just wanted to tell you that, if you like distress inks, instead of using the blending tool, you can easily use the make up pads. I find it really usefull!!
Thanks again and Merry Christmas,
I've linked your candy on my sidebar!!!

Hugs from Greece!!

Hello my friend,
sorry I am late with this comment but I have been MIA for a couple of days. Woohoo what fab candy - and real stuff too!!! My favourite craft tool at the moment would have to be the computer for all those digi images!! Hints and tips - what could I possibly teach you??? Try using your waterbrush to pick up ink from an ink pad instead of watercolour crayons, I used distress inks initially but this trick works with most pads, you just have to use trial and error for how much colour you get on your brush!! Try it, I think you'll like it. Birthday card in production as we speak!!
Many hugs and the very best for Christmas and the New Year.
Will speak soon.
Dawn xx

Happy Birthday!! Mine is the 13th of Jan. so I know what you mean about the let down after Christmas. What a great candy you are offering. I'll be adding it to my sidebar. I think lately, my favorite crafty tool would be my Big Shot. It's fairly new and about the only "tool" besides my cutter that I have, but I have had fun with it. Thanks for a chance.

I have a crafting tip for you...since I don't own an embossing buddy yet I use a dryer sheet to rub over the area before embossing and it keeps the stray powder off! So far it has worked for me! As for a fav tool...hmmm, I would say my cricut. It really gives me alot of options for my cards!
Happy early Birthday and thanks for a chance to win some generous candy!

Hi Ali,
Just popped over from xmas rak club. The only tip I can think of at mo is when I use nesties on my big shot I place a magnetic sheet underneath the paper, it stops the nesties from slipping. I also use a magnetic board for storing them.I will put you link on my blog but wont be until boxing day or day after.

Merry Christmas! My favorite crafting tool is definitely my Cricut. I waited a long time to buy one as it's quite expensive, but I couldn't miss him anymore. Scrapbooking goes so much faster when you don't have to handcut the titles anymore! Thanks for a chance to win! Greetings from Belgium, Annelies

I like your blog. I became a follower already.
Answering a question - well I think the best tool is a freestyle cutter but still I have not one at me. If I have it my cardmaking would be the easier hobby for me, also any punches are good, but I have not any either ((((( Sorry )
Many thanks for the chance to win this nice candy. I linked it on sidebar. Many hugs from Larisa.
