Sweet Tilda in Purple

Hello everyone, and welcome to my second post of the day.  Sorry for the picture, it is raining and horrible here so the purple looks rather dark. It is a shame because as you know this is my favourite colour. Anyway I coloured my sweet Tilda with  my Orchid Promarker and Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Black.

She is sitting on a Spellbinder nestability Classic Scallop Rectangles Large, cut into Black magic core'dinations card. I have used the back and the front and sanded the edges. The punched flowers have also been made using the black magic card plus some white and black glitter card. The centres are pearl brads - I have had them for so long and finally putting them to good use. The gems are from my stash and the ribbon is a Papermania ready made one. Not sure how clear it is on the main picture but I actually did some stitching - real by hand!!!!! Haven't got the courage to use my sewing machine yet - how sad is that! Oh I nearly forgot the tiny pearls I used for Tildas necklace and bracelet - perfect I thought. The background paper is one of the Funky Fairys (no longer open)  - distressed around the edges.
I have used the sketch at Just Magnolia - great isn't it.

Now I would like to enter this card in some more challenges

Your Next Stamp - Purple,

Simon Says Stamp - It's so distressing,

Cooking It Up With Katie - Recipe, Old(Punches and brads), New(Spellbinder) and Sweet (Tilda),

Crafty Creations - Anything Goes,

Meljens Designs First Challenge is Anything Goes,

Die Cut Dreams - Black, White and one other (I chose Purple),

Roses On Paper - Punches,

Magnolia Stamp Lovers - Purple,

Magnolia Down Under - Stitching real or faux, and

Pixie Dust Studio - Black, White and one other - purple.

Please let me know what you think, I love reading your comments and appreciate them so much.

Hugs
